Stüssy offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
